Returns and Exchanges

At Ashford Collection, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
But if for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days *. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.
We will offer you a replacement or full refund for the price paid for the item. We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
When returning an item please wrap it securely, using the manufacturer’s original packaging, and remember to enclose a copy of the delivery note.

**For Sale items any refund or exchange must take place within 12 days of purchase**

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards and Online Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are exempt from the returns policy.

None of these terms affect your statutory rights and these are not diminished in any way. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

*FURNITURE and Chandelier RETURNS , We are happy to assist you with the return of furniture and chandelier items that are unsuitable once we are notified within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. Please be aware that all goods being returned must be in perfect condition. We are unable to refund or exchange faulty or imperfect goods where the imperfection was identified to you prior to purchase (for example, where you have knowingly purchased an imperfect display model). Any item which has undergone assembly cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied by proof of payment. All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been returned to us.
You will be entitled to a refund only in the case that the purchased item is damaged or defective and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

 

Returns or Exchanges of items purchased online

Should you wish to return purchased online items you can do so by:

 

  • Popping into one of our Ashford Collection stores with your item, receipt or proof of purchase where we will be happy to refund, exchange or issue a credit note.

 

  • Returning your product by Post or Courier. Send your returned items to our Dublin Store.

 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged/faulty products
If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
